 The INCA segmented 10-meter diameter fish cage with 225mm double cavity stanchions is an innovation that simplifies the assembly of plastic fish cages. The new design has more basic qualities that reduces overall price & maintenance cost of the cage. Notably, assembly time with manual labor at site is reduced from 3-days to 4 hours and can be achieved without the aid of a butt welding machines. Manufactured locally from rotational molded virgin food grade polyethylene resin approved by the U.S. & Philippine F.D.A., and compounded with Ultraviolet stabilizers, the 8-segment fish cage is 38% more buoyant and weighs less than the standard HDPE pipe cage.    The segments can also be disassembled & transferred to a new site. The advantages allow the fish cage design to carry more load, less mooring, easy maintenance and transfer. Assembly on site needs only simple tools & procedures.
